The committee reviews the Governance Manual and makes recommendations to the Board of Managers. All meetings of the committee are noticed and open to the public as required by the Open Meeting Law.
Governance Committee meetings are scheduled as needed. Meetings are posted on the RPBCWD website under the "Board Meeting" calendar category.
